This place was repeatedly getting my drink order wrong. I asked for unsweetened tea, when I got my order, they gave me... sweetened. I went back and let them know that they gave me sweetened instead of unsweetened. The second drink was sweetened. Iunderstand if they got me the wrong drink the first time but when I went back the second time to request the proper drink theystill gave me the wrong one. This is unacceptable. Read more
Just dealt with two of the rudest employees at this chic fila. The one taking my order working the front was so rude and just... looked like he didn?t want to be there at all. The one handing me my food had hair down to his shoulders working in the kitchenand wasn?t wearing a hair net or had his hair tied up? I ordered two sandwiches and chicken nuggets and asked for sauce and heonly gave me two so I asked for two more and he smacks the two extra sauces in my hand like they were coming out of hispaycheck. First time at Chick-fil-A, they did a great job at moving you through the drive through line, super efficient & friendly. Spicy... Deluxe was good but not great, the meat itself was good quality but for flavor and crunch I would choose Wendy's spicy chickenany day. Fries were just okay, love the waffle cut with the skins but not crispy at all. Used to be great. Again, there was a problem. The last few times an item or two was missing. This time the sauces that I... ordered on the side were all missing. I ordered via the app for the convenience and today after waiting on the drive-thru linefor 15 minutes and then waited at the window for another 5 minutes to be told to go wait in the front of the building becausethey didn't have a SALAD ready. Worst service I?ve ever experienced. I ordered food via phone. They took my info and cc. When I arrived they intentionally made... it hard for me by asking me spelling every letter of my name and every digit of my phone number three times.
