I just bought the Classics Snack Pack through the Auntie Anne?s delivery app. According to the menu, this consists of 2 pretzel... nuggets (I ordered one cinnamon and one original flavor) and 2 regular pretzels (which I order one cinnamon and one originalflavor) as well. When the food arrived, I noticed that my original pretzel nuggets was missing. I called the store and the ladywas very unhelpful and kept repeating ?everything was there? even though it really wasn?t!! I visited the store today, my son loves pretzels and ever since Covid-19 I?ve been very cautious with food outside. Young lady... who helped me didn?t use gloves when grabbing my two orders. Nor I saw her sanitize her hands before grabbing my order. Aftershe was handling cash, and after I left I observed to see if she sanitize after handling cash and she didn?t. Very unsanitary. Horrible service. There is one young boy on the register and 1 lady making pretzels. She can?t keep up with customer demand. He... said we can?t make mini pretzel dogs because only 1 person baking. I offered to wait but he still said no. He turns and asks herand she says NO because she is overworked and alone. Very bad management!! I never heard of turning back multiple customers andnot taking their orders because they don?t have enough help to make the product. One of my faves going downhill due to poormanagement.
