I just bought the Classics Snack Pack through the Auntie Anne?s delivery app. According to the menu, this consists of 2 pretzel... nuggets (I ordered one cinnamon and one original flavor) and 2 regular pretzels (which I order one cinnamon and one originalflavor) as well. When the food arrived, I noticed that my original pretzel nuggets was missing. I called the store and the ladywas very unhelpful and kept repeating ?everything was there? even though it really wasn?t!! I visited the store today, my son loves pretzels and ever since Covid-19 I?ve been very cautious with food outside. Young lady... who helped me didn?t use gloves when grabbing my two orders. Nor I saw her sanitize her hands before grabbing my order. Aftershe was handling cash, and after I left I observed to see if she sanitize after handling cash and she didn?t. Very unsanitary.
