We walked in at 7:37 pm made our order and wanted to get 2 bags of chips and the manager said he couldn't sell us the chips... because they were for ?pre-order? where they have had enough of them! I just left and the girl who was helping me was rude and she literally made me the most shiesty burrito bowl I have ever... received from any chipotle and on top of that I paid almost $20 for it and when I told the cashier my issues he just said "ohreally" over and over and did nothing to help the situation. The app worked great. The problem was with the employee that took the time to tell me my order would run 10 minutes late even... though there were no other customers or large orders. When I suggested they just make the order he served me half the ordervolume & the gristle off the chopping board instead of cut steak. My order was at 3:20 pm on 8/8/22. Corinth Texas. Read more

I?ve been to this place when it first opened and it had so many problems. Just thought I would try it again tonight and it?s... still the worst Chipotle I?ve been to. I ordered a rice bowl and she was scraping the edges trying to get enough rice and wasonly 2/3 a normal serving, then the same with steak but it was like 6 little pieces (you know all the little stuff that falls tothe bottom) and then I saw they were out of veggies?
