Delicious food. With a good portions for the price. Usually, at a lot of Indian restaurants that I?ve been to, the portions are... smaller with a higher price but this place is a great value with delicious food. An amazing restaurant, the food was delicious, they do ask you what spice level you can take so this can be adjusted for you. I... went here with my husband and we ordered garlic Naan (Yum! - so fresh 5/5), chicken korma (5/5), and goat curry (5/5) for ourdinner, and gulab jamuns for dessert (5/5). My wife and I drove almost an hour to Hickory for some good food and Taj Indian Cuisine was well worth the drive. No words can... explain how grateful I am to the staff and chef.\nThe food was amazing? how amazing you ask? Good enough we ordered an extraentre and two sides to go. Because once you taste it you won?t want to stop.\n\nI do have to say the spice levels are 0-5 and Ithought I would go for a 2 so I could have a nice even spice to flavor ratio. Well after one bite I knew two things;\n1. Thespice rating are way off cause #2 tasted fine like I could have gone with a 4 or 5 and still been fine.\n\n2. The flavor was sowell curated that even if my mouth was on fire and my taste buds gave way I wouldn?t stop eating.\n\nThe staff wereamazing!\n\nSomething simple I enjoyed was the travel food Chanel in the background that was showcasing various Indian stylesdishes being served.
