I order 4 drinks, all venti. They accidentally rang one in as a grande and when I told them they kind of rudely told me I could... either take it or pay for a venti instead of making the moment right. Also sat in the drive through line for 20 minutes but I?veheard them openly talk about having the best drive thru times in the area. Also very poor on customer connection. Read more
Everything was perfect. Warm croissant and cookies. Cashier was super friendly.
Usually OK but tonight, a number of things wrong: cashier let me pay before letting me scan my app (I don't work there so tell... me how your system works), awful service at the counter, plus they got my order wrong. Hot chocolate is different from mocha. Also, this place always looks dirty. 127 store and even the Barnes and Noble one on 70 is soooo much better. So do better!!! Read more
