I stopped going to Papa John's a couple years back. I missed them so I decided to try again. This was a bad experience. Had to... be the worst pizza ever. If I could give a minus zero, I would. The little, young assistant manager, or manager was extremely rude and unprofessional,... hanging up on me. Because I was upset after waiting over an hour for my pizza to be delivered. Called and they said that it's onit's way. Called again after seeing online that my order was canceled because the driver had a flat tire, from the voicemailthey left me. They said that I would have to reorder, and wait another hour. I start talking about my dissatisfaction and gethung up on. I get up at 4 am for work and definitely don't won't to be eating supper at 9-10 pm. They could have gotten mypizza to me through another driver or something. My online payment, absolutely better not come out of my account. Staff is super friendly, food is hot and fresh. Prices are a bit high but definitely worth it all things considered. The... brunette that is the GM is smoking hot. Runs the place like a Swiss watch. Mean as hell, but demands and receives respect.Last time I went in the manager was nine months pregnant still slamming out pizzas left and right. This store has a true leaderand it shows. very bad experience! They gave away the food i ordered to another customer. I told me it will be 5-8 minutes. I went back and... got in line for the drive-thru after 8 minutes, which was extremely long. 10 more minutes later, and I finally get to the windowagain, and my food is still not ready! I finally got my pizza, and it's wrong! So, over a half hr of waiting at the restaurantpast the time, it said it was ready to leave with a pie that's incorrect because I didn't want to deal with the rude staff. Ifinally got someone to give me a credit( they had no idea how to redeem it or how to put it in, so I highly doubt I be gettingit. Awful experience.
