The hibachi show was great and the food was delicious. I had scallops and steak rare and when they started they put my scallops... on the grill at first and I went oh no they're going to be like erasers but no they were perfectly seared on the sides and thecenter was tender and did not taste like fish they were fresh and they were scallops. Please don't always assume all black people Want/Need to sit together. I've been around the world and can appreciate all humans.... It was very obvious looking around the restaurant on why it took longer 45 minutes to seat us. Food was O.K. The Cook wasdisrespectful. Cook with Honor. This is the way of the Samurai. You really can't go wrong, great food and a great show to go along with it. The Chefs are really talented and do a great job... entertaining you while they cook your food. One of my favorite places in Hickory to eat. The price is well worth it. Read more

Used to be my go to place for birthdays 16 years ago and just recently went back for memory sake and it did not disappoint. I... currently live in Winston Salem and I made the hour long drive just for this restaurant and it is everything that I remembergreat food, great service, and an all around fun time. Also if you want a very good drink try the Hawaiian comfort and/or theblue Hawaiian. I will definitely be making more trips back in the future. Read more

Food was great, always is. Our cook was having a good time, cracking jokes. Some of our family had a different guy on the other... side that wasn't so interactive. The waitresses were pretty rude, cut you off while speaking, and just genuinely unfriendly. My girlfriend, her daughter, and I went here last Friday evening. The experience was great! The food was delicious. I had the... salmon & steak combo, my girlfriend had the teriyaki chicken and so did her daughter. The staff was friendly and the servicewas good. They forgot to bring the onion soup, but they were nice enough to bring it out after the meal. Still a great place,we will be back! Read more
