My wife and I stopped into this recommended bread cafe. We each ordered the "Pick 2" half sandwich, salad, or soup. I choose... the tuna salad sandwich with a Caesar salad. My wife picked the chicken Waldorf sandwich and tomato basil soup. Everything wasquite tasty. The Caesar dressing was made fresh. My salad didn't come with the signature "homemade croutons" which was a bigdisappointment. Overall the bread was good, the food was ok and the price was appropriate for the location and product. Good place to dine in. Very large dining area. I enjoyed the atmosphere. It felt cozy but contemporary. It's a good place to... catch up with people over lunch. The prices on the sandwiches are fair and the sandwiches were good. Read more

I came in to taste something new tried tiramisu it was good cappuccinos was ok. Other pastry tasted quite sugary but still good.... Should try food next time. Read more
While I love a good local restaurant, Hickory Cafe still has some challenges to overcome. The decor is modern and minimal, I... liked the local art features. The cleanliness is very good. The staff were polite but I didn't feel they went out of their wayto be courteous. There was nothing creative or particularly outstanding about the food. Keep working at it guys, you'll getthere. The Hickory Bread Cafe served a delicious lunch. I had the turkey sandwich and pasta salad. The turkey is sliced, and stacked on... artisan bread, served cold with chips or soup. I didn't get the soup but I will be going back to try the Red Pepper & Gouda. Theinside was clean and the cashier was very polite. Read more
Had a great lunch here today. This place is super clean! We loved Atlanta bread, but I think Hickory Bread is even better! The... food was great and the service was fast. All the employees were very nice and can answer any questions you have. The menu isexciting, pastries looked amazing. I highly recommend this place. Wanted to try them out and support a local business. Time 11:03. They were unable to make some eggs for us and all of the soups... had gluten. We were told they only make eggs until 11:00. The place was not busy. Will probably not go back. There are otherplaces that are willing to accommodate customers Read more
