Drive thru is a horrible experience. Better find a show to watch or book to read because the past FOUR TIMES I?ve gone I?ve... waited 30+ minutes before I receive the TWO DRINKS I?ve ordered. Also, you charge me for two large drinks on the app and informme when I arrive that you?re ?out of large cups,? give me two medium drinks and tell me that I have to go through the app to geta refund and the store can?t do anything, even though everything online says to contact the store for a refund? Getting any drink here can be a hit or miss depending on who's doing it. I've had times where the drink came out great and... others awful. Donuts are good when they aren't out. Wait times can get pretty long also so if you see a line of cars and you'rein a hurry to go somewhere then keep driving. When they first opened the guy that worked there always did a great job witheverything, now it's a hit or miss with who's working at the time. Read more

This is absolutely the worst location ever. Don?t bother to come here or they will not wait on you and you will never get your... order. I went through the drive-through and I sat at the speaker for a long time trying to get someone to help me saying helloover and over again then finally they take my order and then I pull around to the window and I sit there for about another 8 or10 minutes and no one acknowledges me there are two girls standing inside of the window messing with the coffee machine that youcan see from the window and they are play fighting and laughing and I?m beeping my horn and they both turned around and lookedat me and rolled her eyes. I waited another few minutes and no one helped me so I left. I called the store and asked for themanager. she was incredibly rude to me and hung up on me so I called the corporate office and a gentleman called me back I toldhim what transpired he apologized and said he would be sending me a gift card in the mail but he never did. Slow as molasses. No matter the amount of cars in drive through it takes a min of 15 to 20 minutes to get a single coffe. I mean... why is the drive through sooooo slowwww? Read more

Normally, I've no complaints but Dunkin but this location (9505 NC-127, Hickory, NC 28601) is a horror to get coffee at! I use... the app and apparently there is no way for Dunkin' to let you know they are out of something till you reach the drive thru. Mydaughter and I both ordered large Iced brews and when we stopped to pick them up they were out of iced brew, no problem, icecoffee is okay. Then they preceded to tell us they were out of caramel and french vanilla. If this had been the first time, Iwould have brushed it off and not left a review but my daughter said she stopped every Sunday for coffee and her order was neverready as they were out of something 3 out of 4 times. This is not the servers fault as management after 6 months still doesn'tknow how to order supplies (unless it is a supply chain issue and if so why aren't the other locations having this problem). Totop it off, after finally reordering at the window and waiting, we grab the coffee and leave as we are running late for anappointment only to realized they have given us MEDIUM not LARGE coffees as ordered --(order # 127 & 128) had a big old stickeron it that said LARGE. Needless to say we did not go back but I did decide to leave a review in case Dunkin is doing a betterjob of checking reviews rather than making sure their supplies are sufficient. :( Read more

Excellent customer service, fast mobile order, and it was delicious. I ordered on the mobile app and they had it ready in... seconds. When I got there they said they had ran out of one of the donuts I had ordered and said I could choose anything toreplace it with. Not only did they replace it with one I chose but when I drove off I noticed an extra one in the bag. Thedonuts and drink were made perfectly as well(better than most Duncan's I've been to). This location can't seem to get mobile orders right. I have asked for wraps and received croissants MULTIPLE times also if... you're ordering late morning or lunch time it's very slow service. be prepared to wait and check your order. I also wish thislocation was open at 5 am like other locations. It seems to be hit or miss if it's open early morning or not. Read more
