There was no service rush, 5 people working, apparently one of them wasn't even on shift, accepted our payment out the window,... then forgot what our order was, when we asked, of course we're going to respond in a frustrated manner. We've been sitting inthe drive-thru order calm for like 15 minutes, then was sitting at the drive-thru window for 5 minutes. Trying to get served byincompetent. Pubescent teenagers who were rude and condescending when we frustratingly responded to their question of what wasour drinks which they should have not forgotten. Not to mention the fact that they were on their phones ran around smilinggiggling and really just didn't look like they were working. The only one that look like they were working with somebody thathad just clocked in. We literally saw them go through the back door while we were sitting in the drive-thru for a 15 to 20minutes. Omg! I used to only come to this location because they were great! The past 7 times I have they have messed me order up each... time. It's ONE coffee ONE! THAT'S IT! It's never the correct flavor or there's no flavor sometimes the cup it not always full.Sometimes the price is different. Last Monday I waited 20 minutes in line to get to the window only for them to tell me thecard machine hasn't been working all morning. Not to mention nobody where's gloves, you can see them through the window grabbingdonuts with there bare hands AND taking money. Absolutely horribly run. Long wait times at the drive thru even if you are the only car in line. No excuse for waiting 10 to... 15 minutes for a cup of coffee and a bagel. They also constantly screw up the order at the drive thru window. They tried tocharge us $7.00 for a large caramel swirl iced coffee. Lack of management and lack of good customer service. Worse Dunks Ihave ever had the displeasure of going to. I'd give zero stars if I could. The staff is not trained appropriately too. Read more

This place literally has new people all the time and I?m seeing so many complaints about the line being slow. They?re training... and they?re doing just fine, my drink is always good. They?re really nice and very assuring about my order everytime. I don?ttry to be a karen but everytime i?ve asked about my order or to change it, they?d do it nicely with no question. One of thefriendliest places i?ve been to, I won?t lie though. I miss all the older workers who used to serve in the morning but the newerpeople aren?t too bad. Thanks dunkin! Read more
