My partner stopped in early Sunday morning. We were surprised that there was already a crowd In side. Although there was a line... it moved quickly and we were able to get a half dozen donuts and two coffees in under 8 minutes. Kensley was super friendly andefficient. She managed to be personable and keep the line moving the whole time. I wish they would bring back the corn breaddonut or have a gluten free anything. Read more
I got there every morning and sometimes again before leave for work at night. Kensley is the bomb and makes the coffee legit. ... She is always so nice and it?s great to see a smiling face on the groggy days. Not really a review person but this placedeserves time from my day to talk. Read more
I went in to order a coffee and for five straight minutes a tall guy was on his phone near the donut rack. He didn?t acknowledge... me at all! This sweet young lady had to stop what she was doing to come and help me and even then he still was on his phone asshe ran around like a chicken with her head cut off! Whoever this guy was needs to be fired or something. As for the sweet younglady, she deserves a raise! She did an amazing job. Read more
So today is National Donut Day and Dunkin offers a free donut with any drink purchase. Purchased 2 drinks......did not get... offered a free donut. When we asked for our donut it's like we were asking for a dozen. They said we had to ask for it when weordered our drinks. The manager (I guess it's the manager) walked over and said "Well they should have thought about that" andwalked away. The woman at the register still said we could have the donut, but after the attitude she and the manager had Ididn't want anything they touched..we had our drinks before we asked for the donut so I figured they were safe. I gave threestars because these are not the normal people I see and I usually have a pleasant experience. Read more
This location is usually my go to, but they really ripped me off today. As pricey as these drinks are you would think that they... would at least fill it up all of the way. Nope! Brought it to their attention and they said that they can only pour more milk init, which would water it down and make it cold. I don't understand why it couldn't have been made right in the first place. I amso upset with the subpar service in this town. Read more
This was probably hands down the best Dunkin' I went to when I lived in Hickory before I moved back home. The girls knew who I... was when I came in and had my coffee started and my cream cheese everything bagel cooking when I walked in. They always wentabove and beyond in giving my 2 year old daughter donut holes to snack on when I brought her in on my days off. Can't thank themenough for their kindness. Read more
It took for ever to ke my order, 25 minutes to get my food, my toats wasn't toasted. The person on the cashier was preparing... the food alone and for what I heard it was only her second day and she didn't know how to do most things. Everyone was unhappy. The place wasn't too clean either. First and last time I go to that place. Read more
