Very fast service and close to the interstate. It made a perfect place for a pit stop
Chick-fil-A is pretty much one of the only fast food restaurants I will go to anymore due to the diving quality and service at... other places. This new location is so much better than what they had across the street, it can be better catered to the largeamount of traffic coming through. It still can be very busy and a bit of a wait at peak times, but they manage that very well.Of course the food is excellent, but prices have gone up as with anything else. I never had a bad experience here as it's always"my pleasure" to visit. Read more
I love this Chick-Fil A location because the food is always delicious and the employees are friendly. But lately I?ve been... disappointed in the way they?ve been skimping on the waffle fries. This is the 3rd time recently that my large waffle fry hasbeen just halfway filled. I?ve complained in the app previously, so maybe this review will help them fix this. Read more
Be careful who you hire, you?re starting to turn into a McDonald?s. I ordered, several times because the woman couldn?t seem to... understand me. She reads back the order. We finally get it right. I get to the window and they have me park despite no onebehind me. They forgot my sweetener for my unsweet ice tea. I get to work only to find, my order was wrong. I can?t have cheeseand yet despite me repeating my order and her saying it back, it was wrong. In the garbage it went. You?re not the cheapest. IfI wanted a cheap breakfast that was wrong, I?d go to McDonald?s. Do better. Read more
Food is always freshly made sometimes even too hot to eat at first. Very fast customer service with results! I have to say that... there have been times eating at this restaurant where the milk products weren't the freshest and they have changed their teafrom a freshly brewed to seems like store-bought something close to Milo's or Arizona tea. But all in all one of the best fastfood restaurants to eat at in Hickory. Read more
I love Chick-fil-A! I like how fresh there chicken is, fried but not dry. This location is amazing on how they have a crew that... keeps such a busy location moving along. We stopped in at the peak of lunch hour and there were dozens of cars in the drivethrough. I was sure it was going to take forever but it moved rather quickly. They have people taking orders walking along thecars and when you get to the other side they are handing out food. For such a busy time I think we were there less than 10minutes from start to finish when I expected much longer time. Read more
The guy at the window was great. The food was lovely. The Mac n cheese is hot and good. My food is always hot. I like to go earn... the points through there rewards program that they have there. The more points you eat; the more free items you can receive.It's a great program when you have kids. Read more
