I did door dash as I'm a trucker and I'm broke down and have no transportation and when I receive my order at my hotel they did... not send any sauces and when I called and talked to the manager he said it was him and two employees and there was nothing hecould do I would have to come back and get my sauces and he was completely unwilling to figure out a way to get it to me or togive me a discount or anything for my inconvenience of not having sauces when it's not on the menu to add it to your order Read more
Could not get a order Wright if life depends on it. We ordered 9 piece chicken nuggets with BBQ sauce and got marinara sauce
This is the 5th time I have ordered beef and cheddars and received the regular roast beef. I pay this restaurant so much money... for my lunch for work and my co workers. The manager who worked today had a NASTY attitude!!! I think you may as well get rid ofyour drive thru speaker and ask what the customer wants at the window. Rude is the one word to sum up this location. There was confusion on my order which was understandable because I can?t have... sesame seeds. I asked for bottom buns. They just gave me a bowl with no top buns at all so all I needed was 2 bottom buns tocomplete my sandwich?s. Went to the door to ask for them because the line was wrapped around the building. Knocked and theylooked at me and completely ignored me for almost 5 minutes. Then finally looked at me and threw there hands up on the air. Thensaid the bottom buns have sesame seeds. This location is pretty good. I waited 13 minutes in the drive through today. Not bad considering it was lunch. Food is always... hot and fresh here. Drive thu employees are always nice. I would recommend this location for sure. We come here often. Read more
