Terrible customer service. I am a truck driver and buy $400 or more every day. Not going back ever. The cashier with bad... attitude and don't care about customer. they ignore you and can careless about what you need. The cashier ran my card 3 times. Worst Wawa I?ve ever been. Visited at night and had terrible experience. Employees are disorganized and have a bad attitude. I... saw the bad reviews but wanted to give them a chance. Unfortunately, the reviews were right. Stay away from this place. Placedan online and it took more than 30 minutes after I arrived to receive my food. After all that, I was told that the milkshakemachine was broken and I had to wait another while until I got my refund. Employees are rude and don?t know the first thingabout customer service. Food is not too good and the menu is very limited compared to other Wawa?s. Also for the coffee drinkers, it?s not good. The... coffee never really has flavor, I don?t know if it?s a lack of experience in making a drink but it?s never sweet. From myexperience, I can say that the lattes are terrible. It?s literally just milk and coffee with nothing to sweeten it. Lattes dohave chocolate or caramel and other flavors of course but I?ve been there plenty of times and roughly 80% of the time the coffeeis no good. Worst Wawa to go get gas at.. , there is always people parked at the gas pump eating their food, putting make up and eye lashes... on and gathering not fueling just hanging around. If you finished fueling just go park at the parking space and let others fuelup. Read more
