Go in the evening. Anthony is the best sandwich maker that ever worked there. He always goes above and beyond to make your... sandwich the way you like it. During lunch hours however, I put in the mobile order and the lady gives me the wrong bread. I goback and ask to make it right and she forgets tomato and mayo despite taking and using the same receipt to make the samesandwich. She didn't even give me a chance to tell her what I wanted. If I could give a ZERO, I would! I ordered the steak and cheese wrap for $7.49, just substituted the steak for teriyaki chicken.... We made the sandwich with everything the menu said, with exception on the steak. When she rang me up, she charged me extra forthe guacamole. I asked why and she said because I substituted the steak for chicken. I pointed out that chicken is cheaper thansteak and that the menu showed the wrap came with the guacamole. She shrugged her shoulders and didn?t care. I told her to takeoff the guacamole charge or I?ll cancel the wrap. Again, shrugged her shoulders and didn?t care. Horrible service this AM at 9:30. It took atleast 5 min before she came out from back room. Thought no one was there.Then girl... was SO RUDE and throwing the ingredients into my sub. Didnt even eat my sub because of such bad vibe. I will never go to thatsubway again. She should be glad to have a job. There are many ppl w/o work right now. I even told her to have a good day twiceand she didnt even reply. Customer Service is #1 for any establishment special when it comes to the food industry. Im verydisappointed. This store is not bad. Every time I go there it's not too busy, service is fairly quick. Folks behind the counter are not always... the friendliest. This time I had the steak and cheese sub, personally I think it's too dry. Beef should be juicier, IMHO. Read more
Very bad experience. The first time I visited during the night the guy was making his own sandwich and seemed bothered that we... interrupted him before he could eat his sandwich. Tonight the same guy was sitting in the dining area and once again seemedannoyed that he had a customer. He was rude and nonchalant. I walked out and took my money to another location. I will nevervisit this location again. He doesn't seem to like his job and is only there to eat the food. He should not work in customerservice. Read more
