I have to say that this place has changed so much regarding customer service and attitude of the waitresses. I understand the... owner changed. I remember when the Garcia family owned the place they were like bees at work. All the waitresses always busy andso nice. But it was managed professionally. No bread on tables, I really missed the warm rolls of bread and the natural butterprepared by Georgina the wife of the previous owner. I am sorry, I didn't want make negative comments, but the truth is thetruth. Some of the waitreses talking and sitting, most of them looking at their phones. I had to take a look at them or callthem. They really need training or desire to work well. I heard a customer asking a waitress for the ceviche, the customerasked: What is it like? What do you think? The waitress answered: ' - I don't really know. I haven't tried it because I havebeen here for a short time.
