I have given subway from this and nearby locations opportunities to prove me wrong. I rather purchase the sandwich at publix or... prepare my own at home. Not only today my bread was extremely hard, but also barely any chicken, lettuce, tomato and the rest ofthe ingredients. To add no cheese. Lately my orders are not done as requested. Overall the quality of the sandwich does not lookfresh and very poorly prepared, not worth the price. Sorry but I'm done with subway. 1st time ever leaving a review! Read more

I came to buy a sub. It was 10:43pm and there location states that they close at 11pm. As i approach the door. The lady does a... aignal with her showing that she is closed. How are they going to close a store before the closing time. That is unacceptable. Read more

Unless you speak Spanish, you will need to point at what you want or pantomime what you need as this store on Palm Avenue in... Hialeah, Florida USA only had Spanish speaking employees or only chose to speak Spanish to customers. The employee working onmy order stopped in the process of making my order to make a phone call. This subway was one of my favorites because of its clean area and nice people but now they have new employees and one of them... named JESSICA is very disrespectful, always screaming to the customers and very rude. I was very upset with her behavior. Idon?t feel right that Subway hired people like her. They should put some warning or just fire her since you can see that she isworking maybe because of the money but no because she enjoys her job or interact with the people. USED to love this place until today always had a great experience with the staff and manager (day shift) until today at about... 3:00 pm.One of the girls and older spanish lady was cleaning the floor behind the counter in front of the oven we walk in shesay hello and walk to the back grab a garbage bag to put it on the garbage container next to the counter and without washing herhands grab a pair of the disposable globes and proceeded to ask me what did I want I told you just put your gloves withoutwashing your hand and touching the garbage can and mop? Her response was my hands are clean I told her not and walked out. Ifind her action gross and inappropriate for someone that handles food. They just lost a regular customer from Monday to Fridaybuying two to three foot long. But they should improve their hygiene if they want to keep the customer. Read more
WARNING... Do Not Order Delivery from this restaurant, they do not read the order specifics. Unless you want your sandwich... exactly how it comes in the menu, it will be wrong, do not expect your customizations to be looked at.
