Horrible service, one of the attendees had no customer service knowledge, and rude and with a nasty attitude, she humiliated a... customer in front of me for not speaking English. Does she know that she is working in Hialeah? But most definitely took hermoney. With my order I ask her to build my sandwich with a different sauce than one showing on the menu and the lady went offwith a lack of customer, ? There was a time when I enjoyed a Subway sub, but that time has passed. This location was nice and the people friendly. I... don't find the subs terrible, just barely edible when you are out of better food options, but there are now so many. I thoughtI would try again, but it will probably be a longer time still before I return. I don't see many people frequenting these shopsand wonder how long the decline can last. Read more
