I?m only giving this a 3 star because I?ve always received good costumer service but there?s someone here who is not fully... trained to make smoothies. First off, I?m writing the review because today isn?t the first time I receive a full on ICEsmoothie, especially for the price I?m paying. Please train your employees properly in order for them to actually make goodsmoothies because I?m sure no one likes drinking flavored water. Update to 10/22 I went today and whoever the lady was she wasamazing, dark hair, Spanish lady, she made an amazing smoothie and as we complain about bad we should also reward good. Keepher! The staff seem very frustrated and annoyed. Great Smoothies but could provide a more welcoming experience. My favorite SK restaurant by far! Customer service was on point, super accommodating and polite associates. Everything was five... stars clean! And my angel good smoothie was just perfect!
