Worst customer service at the drive thru I have encountered . As to employee with short blonde hair telling me girl bye at the... window . Right after she fought with another customer right before me ! The worst service always misses something in the order. Sick of this place I always try to give a second change we were fairly closely but no more . Completely unacceptable andunnecessary! Something has to get done with drive thru personnel ! Read more
Drive thru was amazing; I will say that I?ve been around couple of times different hours I understand why they are busy and it... can be slow. But they never fail at giving me a delicious warm meal. Overall I always have a great experience dine in or out,the staff is always caring apologetic when things aren?t organized or in the correct way. On top of that again because the foodis amazing warm and definitely delicious would say worth it. Though I leave this for other customers when this location getsbusy and the food is taking time, that they have to be patient with them because they are people to. I?ve experience mainly thecustomers tend to be rude as well so please be considerate and treat the people how you want them to treat you. Read more
The manager at this location, her name is Lisbeth I believe, has the worst possible attitude. We approached the window to ask if... we could pick up the order through there or, if we had to come inside, and she was waving her hands around and rudely tellingher employees she didn't have any orders ready, and we had to go around and inside. I asked for her name to write this review,because it baffles me how someone (a manager no less) can be so nasty, when we approached the window with a smile, just to ask asimple question. I threw away the food after picking up, and went to Chipotle, since at this point I'm thinking she probablyspoiled my food somehow. When we came inside, they were also being rude to an elderly customer who was eating in, about whetherhe got his drink... this was definitely and experience.. stay away from this location. Read more
This is just another review saying a lot of what has been said. Drive thru service was horrible. The staff is rude and got... berated for not ordering sauce at the speaker but at the window. I can not understand how the reviews keep saying the staff ishorrible and they are not reprimanded. Will not be coming back and will be reaching out to corporate. Read more

Very tasty food for a fast food restaurant. The food tasted fresh and was relatively healthy! It also had a wide selection of... interesting sauces including spicy chipotle, rum pineapple, and guava BBQ. Service was very quick, and we fed 5 for under $25.Its also kind of fun to see them grilling about 20-25 chickens on a giant grill in the back! Was a good pit stop for our roadtrip! Read more
Its really disappointing to have to wait 20 minutes for a 1/4 of chicken. At least 15 customers waiting for their food. And yet... employees literally look like their taking a stroll. Like how has pollo tropical become such trash in food and customer servicewise. Read more
