I've been to busy McDonald's as they all are but this is the worst McDonald's I've ever experienced in my life both dine in and... drive-thru. You're not greeted when you come inside and that doesn't even have anything to do with the kiosks.. the drive-thrualways check your bag and for whatever reason they do not like to give people utensils or napkins or sauces so make sure you askfor all the stuff as I guess customer service is transitioned from the customer being taken care by the crew to now the customerhaving to ask the employees to be taken care of and doing your own quality check before you leave! They had 10 to 15 cars sitting waiting in line when i got to the intercom after waiting 30 mins ask me for my order i told them... pulled around to the window they said the system was down no one never said anything to the people u was just sitting in linefor 30 to 40 mins and she was rude after I politely said to her it would make sense to put a sign on the intercom saying thesystem down instead of having people waste gas sitting in line this happened between 10 something and 11pm Read more
Worse McDonald’s I’ve been to, system always down, Never have ice cream, take forever to take orders and have you waiting at... the drive thru 30 plus mins to tell you they can’t take your order due to system been down.. avoid this location at all cost! Read more
Sat at the intercom for over 20 mins without being able to place an order. After waiting, I left and tried to go inside to order... and they locked the doors and said I cannot come in to place an order because they are having computer issues. When I told themthat they should have let us know instead of having customers wait in line, they did not show empathy and they were verynonchalant about it. They lack consideration for their customers time, and are very unprofessional and rude! They will be thereason my family and I will never return to McDonalds ever again. Worst McDonald's you can go to. Customer service is horrible and even tho they it says open 24h at 12am they won't answer the... drive-thru. I wonder how it is still open. Read more
Fries are cold. Had a problem ordering through the app but still got my food.
Decent staff and service. Got a simple coffee via the Drive-Through ????
