Really made me remember those days of Cuban pizza in Cuba. I loved the place!!
Tonight 2/3/22 my wife and I tried La Bambina. While it's not the worse pizza I have tried in Hialeah it's not the best. I am... honestly surprised by all the positive reviews. My wife and I order a family size cheese pizza and spaghetti with ham. The pizzawasn't bad to me,wasn't the best comparing it to other Cuban pizza places in the area but I wouldn't mind repeating it. My wifehowever was not a fan. The spaghetti however was bland. The pasta was stale,the cheese,sauce,and ham were laid on top not mixedin any way. That menu item I wouldn't touch again. I entered la Bambina on this Thursday night between 7-7:30. I was the onlyclient present. There was only one employee which tells me one of two things. 1)Either the food is so basic no one is passingby or 2)or the owner does not wish to pay another crew member however given the lack of customers I wouldn't either. Lastlywhile the employee on duty was polite to me,when I stepped out about 10 minutes later two girls appeared to order food. Theemployee kept vaping in their face. How rude. This experience combined with the fact that reys pizza and polo Norte two otherCuban style pizza places are literally within 2 miles apart makes me never want to pass by again. Read more

So..i worked at this location as a pizza maker when it was pizza siene. Ill say this.. This pizza slice was good considering the... fact it was cuben style.. Now cuben style pizza is made in a deep dish pan so that the cheese around the crust becomes one withthe crust in a crispy fashion.. The pizza was not deep dish all tho is was good. The fact that they put sauce and cheese on apremade homemade pizza slice makes the wait for 2 slices and a soda 20 minutes... Not cool.. But they are still figuring it outi suppose. Soda was not very cold.. But this not a surprise as they are using the same coolers at last shop came with.. Theynever cooled very cold.. No ice machine. But.. Great poeple ... Clean and friendly... ???? and no.. I was not aware that therewas an ice machine but noted.. And no .. I was not offered ice.. But thx for the reply. Read more
Didn?t get to take pics (I was starving) but I tried the Bambina pizza since it is after all named La Bambina Pizzeria. It was... superb. By far the best Cuban style Bambina pizza I?ve had outside of Cuba. The spaghetti was good but that pizza was amazing.Staff was also very kind and attentive. Read more
La mejor pizza cubana , defitnely should try it , friendly staff , great Hialeah vibe , the chocolate icecream shake is the bomb... , cleanness is at his best and the variety of the menu make you feel like if you are in the right place , muy parecidas a las dePlaya de Marianao in the old time's btw , way to go guys , keep shinning in that corner .
