no lettuce or tomato, no military discount, and the lady working the drive through barely spoke English, and kept saying "only... combo" when j was trying to order the chicken sandwich, and I had no idea what she was trying to say, I thought she meant Icould only order the combo, but what she meant was "do you only want the sandwich, or do you want the combo". Like your soulpurpose working the drive through is to take orders, and talk to customers, you would think they'd put someone there that knowshow to speak English well.... Read more

It seems like they changed crew or something,which is worst. I ordered a 4 piece combo,the cashier and server at the time,gave... me the smallest pieces she can find and were the wrong pieces as well. I ordered a breast,two legs,and a wing. Got a thighinstead. I guess because I?m Black and not Hispanic.,I got whatever she wanted to give me.Smh. I am a regular here,about threetimes a week,I HAVE NEVER been treated like that. Most folks smile,and you receive good sized portions. They need to bring backthe old crew who treated the customers,their regulars, better and with some manners. I greeted her in her native language,andshe just looked at me like I was talking Russian or something. The old crew,would respond in their native language with a smileand take the order,and so on. The only reason I give this place a one star is because zero was not an option they treated us horribly. The woman in the... drive-through, would not pay attention to what we would tell her she would walk away and ignore us, and when we went to pay forour food, we heard them mocking and laughing at us. That is not professional whatsoever. This is awful customer service. Read more
