So the food is good. The staff are very nice and polite. I've been here multiple times and never been disappointed with the... quality of food and service. However, I've noticed the cleanliness of the dining area has been on a slow and steady declinefloors are littered with trash, tables are sticky and very wobbly, the fountain drink machine area was not clean and missinglids for the cups. A portion of the interior wall needed major repairs as the sheetrock was completely falling apart. Overall,good food, but the dining experience was very sub-par. The food, the service and the atmosphere, all of them say FAMILY. I felt very welcomed by the staff from the moment I arrived.... The food was seriously great. Try the Venezuelan pabellón dish, no questions asked. Will be back again Read more

Update:: After googling for an email or phone number for the corporate office or any supervisor and not finding anything. I... message them through Instagram and a few days later got a response. They offer to help with fixing our last order. It wasbetter. The associate was very attentive and nice. Our order came out exactly right. The food was delicious. I say- if you liketheir fries go to the store don?t order online. You WILL get messed up orders online. And if you do order online make sure youdo it at least 4 hours before they close. Because if they close in 1 hour they will not pick up the phone. HORRIBLE customerservice, horrible. I have ordered twice from the same location and each time I am missing items and when I call the store theysay ?sorry no English? and hang up. Food seems ok, don?t know, both orders were made incorrectly or I was missing the wholeentree. I tried calling over 10 times and every time during different times of the day they say the same thing - ?sorry noEnglish? or in Spanish ?manger not here? and then they hang up. Wish I had my complete order both times but I didn?t. First timeordered a burger and the burger was very under cooked. I went here due to all the advertisements via text message. I went one time previous but forgot to re ord it. This time I... purchased the venazualo and had huevo (egg) and bacon added. I just went to I Heart Fries because I love fries and really loved the concept. This place is AMAZING!!, they have so many... options to choose from. I chose The Argentino Bowl and the meat was to die for, so flavorful!! The fries were perfectly crispytoo! And the juice was fresh and delicious. The staff is very friendly and attentive. WORST EXPERIENCE EVERYTIME! You try and give them a chance and they make you wait 30-45 minutes for food with an empty... restaurant every time! They?ll always have an excuse and just say sorry and for you to continue to wait. 0 customer service, and0 efficiency!
