This has become the worst Dunkin, the customer service just horrible. I went tonight and I when I arrived by 7:30 i noticed the... truck and I was like perfect, fresh donuts. Well, inside there was only one customer and the donuts empty. Understandablebecause the truck was outside. What is not Understandable what happened after, someone came and went straight to the pick upside. Then the girl working instead of telling him to make the line to place the order, he just jumped infront of me and paidfor his order. Then she turned to me if I was paying with card and of course I was going to, well with a bad attitude, themachine is not working. The card of the guy infront of me just worked. She then asked what was my order, i want a docen. Ohh wedont have any. I was like excuse me the truck was outside a minute ago. Yes, but we have to make them. Excuse me?! Make them atthis Dunkin? First time in 24 years that I have been buying in the same Dunkin that you make them in the spot. Just tell me youdont want to take your time to bring them outside. But dont be telling me that you have to make them. I have been there a coupleof times when I want an specific flavor and the other nice people working there always go inside and grab them for me. But thesenew hire who dont know how to provide a good customer service dont deserve to be working. Becausre is so different if she wouldhave said , sorry the truck just arrive and will take us 15 minutes to put them in the shelf, well that is different. Is mydecision if i want to wait or not. Honestly i dont feel like going back. Krispy Kreme makes tastier donuts. Dunkin Donuts becareful who you hire. The customer service team is the face of the company. I have been a customer service agent for 20 years.You have to love what you do. Is Hialeah and people sometimes drive you insane. But you do your job well no matter what. Read more
Friendly fast service. Donuts were running very low. Not so great in making drinks on their menu that aren't coffee.
Just walked out of this place. Waited over 25 minutes with 3 employees standing there. Only one attending a customer after she... also waited for a while. NEVER AGAIN! No one asked if they could help. With that being said I walked out. I don't recommend anyone to even think of spending a cent in this shittiy no service place. Read more

It's awesome to have a 24 hour coffee shop near home, it is even better that the location is not a Starbucks. My biggest... complaint would be the lack of English speaking staff as it did cause some communication issues, however they where veryfriendly and helpful. With the aid of pointing items out and a couple of customers helping, our order was correct. The donutswere fresh, and tasted delicious. The french vanilla coffee was great, tasted very fresh and I would recommend it. Read more
I usually go late at night after work. The atmosphere is usually calm and pleasant as there aren't too many customers. The staff... is very friendly and helpful. There's the occasional rush of customers now and then; the staff promptly clears the line everytime. The store itself is always clean and well maintained. Read more
