This store has existed there for more than 40 years. Minimal changes in style and decor. Limited parking. I went at 500am and... there was only one employee taking care of the walk-ins and internet orders. Poor guy was going crazy, doing everything byhimself. I ordered egg sandwich and was surprised that the egg round was frozen pre-made. Even McDonald's uses real eggs. Ofcourse there was a line waiting to place orders but the single employee did his best to keep up with the crowd. It wasdisappointing to have to wait so early in the morning (5am), after all the Dunking Donuts commercials seem to give fast service.When short on staffing, the store owner should come and work. Even though the place is claims it is open 24/7. I have never been able to get my order after midnight. Yesterday, I ordered... donuts through the doordash app for pick up. I went to the location when I received a notification that my order was ready. Thenight shift worker (Robert) of Dunkin Donuts shut down the store at 12.30 am and refused to accept any orders and give to me myorder. He also said he didn't receive my order. I got very confused, was this place really open 24/7 or not? Who decided theopening and the closing times? I attached the picture from yesterday. the sign says it's open 24-7 whereas the store was closedat midnight. Read more

My Fellow Americans, Still the Dunkin Donuts on Hialeah Drive still does not understand the concept of keeping everything clean... and the Manager really needs her employees to focus not just on making sales but KEEPING THE PLACE CLEAN. This place needs a better system. They're very busy and don't have a drive thru, so people have to go in. There seems to be a... lot of confusion around the order pickup. There were lots of mobile orders sitting around but the people who came in to orderwere very frustrated with the wait. Read more
