Overpriced and employees are rude!!! And the food is nothing out of this world. Stay away... Trust me...
I went to have breakfast here and there were cockroach on the wall next to the seats and the floor horrible.
This is in itself an experience. First you can tell people love the place because it is constantly busy. The service is... extremely helpful, gentle and dedicated. To be fair, I was a little lost and they only made me feel welcomed. They took timedespite the constant rush to explain to me the flavor and gave me good advice on what to eat. The food was really good, nothingfantastic or out of the ordinary. However you can feel that it has something more traditional or familial. It is not perfect butsimply lovely. Five stars. Enjoy. Every year pre order cake from this hialeah location without a problem. However, this year bad customer service since I walked... in waited in line to get helped and when it was my turn, was skipped. When I finally got assistance. Order was wrong. I wasreceiving a cake from display when I had specially pre ordered a cake 4 days ago. Supposed to be fresh. Very disappointed. Read more
