I'm gonna give this place 1 star, because I've not received my last two orders and had to get a refund. Bear in mind that the... issue lies with staffing. There's one poor woman, probably the manager, making everything back there and maybe a driver or twoon a usy location on 49th Street. My heart goes out to her because that's not easy and I bet the pay ain't worth it. Read more
Domino's pizzas are delicious and the pizzas in this place are not the exception but the people in charge of the place and the... worker at the front are not polite and the card machine it's broken so, they have to solicite your card and use to pay (usingand seeing all the information of it). About a year ago we order some food to be delivered, over an hour later I called they said they didn't have enough drivers,... that's why it was taking so long. I told them I was going to p.u. my self. The lady says ok. When I arrive there the food wasgone. Came back home and about 30 minutes later the driver showed up with cold food. I didn't order there anymore until today.Big mistake. We been waiting for two hours . About an hour ago I called 3 times , it rings for a long time then they p.u thephone and hang up. My wife looked on line and it shows delivered. Delivered where ? I've been calling to make sure they don'tcharge me, but still they don't answer or answer and hang up.
