Customer Service Sucks! Very unprofessional! Placed an order a month in advance and they did not honor it due to a system error... on their end. Called the service number for catering and got hung-up with or disconnected twice while waiting on hold. Calledthe store location and they NEVER answered. I had to go in-person to talk to someone, and as expected they were even lesshelpful. Lied about contacting me to resolve the issue, and just cancelled the order. Said they couldn't help me and started toignore my questions and help another person. I ended up having to find an alternative for the food I had placed a month ago andprepped for. Some of my staff went without food while I searched for alternatives and had it prepared. This was for my 24/7hospital staff so they can celebrate thanksgiving with food even though they are at work saving pets instead of with theirfamilies. Read more
I moved into the area a couple of months ago. I was so happy to know there was a Boston Market right around the corner. I walked... in and couldn?t stand a bad odor, stench like if something was rotten. I still proceeded to order my food. The chicken wasextremely dry it was awful. I had to throw the food away. I honestly was sick to my stomach with that odor. Never have goneback. I put a complaint in to your main office never heard back. I was hoping something had changed and was going to give itanother try but just read a review from 3 weeks ago and they complained about the bad smell!!! Gone to this Boston Market multiple of times and have to say the manager is great, the employees are welcoming and food was... delicious like homestyle, love the roasted chicken, better than other fast food restaurant chicken, just only discovered BostonMarket this year and am lovein' it! Just had a Caesar salad and they added spicy chicken nuggets to the top it was so good you have to try these chicken nuggets
As soon as you walk in a stench of old dirty water or carpet greets you as your walking in. Plus the food looks like its been... reused repeatedly. It does not look or appear to be freshly made. But looks are deceiving because it taste better than it looks. Read more

I order weekly from this location. My meatloaf seems it?s for a child. No idea what happened. Also I was given both ends of the... meatloaf. Lastly they forgot to the gravy for both orders. Disappointed really. Read more
