Usually I don't do reviews but in this case I have to. This place it's AMAZING! Usually they stop doing breakfast at 11am and we... came after the hours and with no issues they did breakfast for my family. Customer service was on point by Merlin, she took hertime to explain the menu for us. I can say nothing but great things about this place. It's a hole in the wall????. This was the second day of our vacation and we found Bamboo restaurant totally by mistake best mistake we ever made. The owner... came over and introduced himself to us and helped with the menu description and gave us great suggestions on specific mealchoices. We had Fritura de Malanga for appetizer, which was excellent. Along with two main courses that were delicious. We hadthe FLAN DE LECHE desert and a BUNUELOD also superb. This restaurant has become my local favorite for latin food. I often do not eat latin food out at restaurants for two reasons; ... 1. Many establishments in the area have lost the homemade taste in their cooking. 2. lousy service. That would be a lengthy listindeed on that one. Nothing turns me off faster than poor service. However, I have to say that these are two areas that thestaff and managment at Bamboo restaurant in Hialeah excell at. The food is delicious & the service couldnt bee better.
