I only rated this location 1 star because no stars was not an option. Ordered delivery and they left half the chicken out.... Called to get it fixed and was told I had to come to the store to fix their screw up. When I went up to the store, they did notseem to care that I had to come up there, and offered a couple of cookies for the inconvenience. Really? When you order deliverywith the added expense, you have a reason for doing so. The staff did get me the straps, but honestly the vibe I got was theydid not care at all... even though we love the chicken and especially the cole slaw, I highly doubt we will ever be back (alsodue to the extra crispy chicken being dark brown and almost burned). Went through the drive thru tonight, I never go to kfc so I don?t know the menu well? it took me a minute to figure out... everything and order and whoever took my order kept cutting me off and rushing me. Went to the window, gave us the wrong drinkorder which my friend corrected which made the worker even more angrier. Pretty much tossed me my food and kept rushing me toleave. The first time I ordered everything was fine. Today I had to wait 1 hour for my food and the employee was angry because she... came in to ask if she was not ready yet. I don't know why they set a schedule when you order and when there is, they change it. Definitely not return very bad service. If I could, I wouldn't give any stars. Read more
Third time coming here And each time I try and be optimistic. But this time is the last. The first two times, a little after... noon they claimed to be out of chicken strips, and chicken sandwiches. Finally decided to try out the new Hewitt KFC location the other night. It's been a while since I've gone to KFC, but this place... didn't disappoint. I know Hewitt Drive is known for its chicken restaurants, but KFC is far better than what the others have tooffer if you're looking for some fried chicken and typical country-style sides. Read more
