If the food maker Debra is working you can pretty much count on your order being incorrect. I simply asked for extra pickles and... raw onions on all sandwiches. Because she didn't feel like putting them on, she didn't. When I attempted to rectify thesituation she yelled infront of all customers waiting. To just give back the damn sandwich. I refused. The manager Diane is nobetter. To allow an employee to not only not do her job but be disrespectful and not hold her accountable is unacceptable to me. Read more
They were nice. I submitted a mobile order right as they were getting ready to choose for about 2 hours. ( I did not know they... were closing until I be went inside) still got the order correct. Lots of smiles it was great Read more

Poor customer service at counter. Cashier got my order wrong twice with no apology; she was dismissive with an attitude that I... should take whatever she inputs in the register. With my order is correct the third time, I give her $20 for $8.72. She hands meback $11 and a reply "We don't have coins". I get 3 quarters out of my pocket, however she won't accept it because her draw hasbeen close. She tells me step out of line & wait for the next customer. Her manager gets involved, opens the draw, hands me adollar, but the cashier still won't take my change(she wants me to put it on the counter). I ask her, the cashier, what is theissue. Her reply is "I'm done with you; go away". Her manager then has to ask her 3 times to leave the counter. Read more

Got a baconator meal. Person at the register asked if I wanted a double or triple. Not knowing what the standard baconator was... (two patties) I asked for for what ever the standard was. Again I was double or triple. I asked what are the options she thensaid single, double, triple. I said single (not knowing that was the Jr baconator). Charged for a double, Givin a single. Rudeservice. Overcharged. Didn't give me a receipt. Walked away before I could even ask for a receipt or ketchup. Read more
