Literally one of the worst taco Bells I've ever been to they never get any of the orders that I order from them correct then... they act all rude when you confront them about it. WORST LOCATION IN THE HISTORY OF TACO BELL!!! This location is an insult to the Taco Bell brand name. They always get our order... wrong and obviously could care less what goes out the door. What a shame. You try to call their number no one ever answers. Theyare obviously not answering because I am sure they get upset calls all the time. I kindly tried to speak to the manager inperson (I did not even ask for a refund just simply wanted to kindly express my point of view of their horrible operations). Themanager said... "If you arent looking for a refund why am I even talking to you" then she walked away. The poor franchise ownersof this location has no clue how horrible their staff is. I ordered via the taco bell website. Unfortunately, the dining area was closed and I was without an automobile to enter the... drive through. Despite the time and no car I was able to fine a very helpful staff that was eager to help me get my order so Ican be on my way. Very helpful staff and would recommend this location to anyone. MANAGEMENT definitely needs to check in on this store!!! It was in the evening we went through the drive thru. The lights were... turned off inside and outside of the store, so the store looked like it was closed, we were about to leave and someone answered.The cashier was very rude and claimed all machines were not working. I have been to this Taco Bell many times before and hadgreat experiences. I?m not sure if this one particular employee had a bad day but she looked miserable and was very rude.Hopefully management makes some changes. Read more
Night clerks are incapable of multi tasking. They can't work drive thru and front counter at the same time. Very poor customer... service. They left customers waiting to order. Never taking our orders. Manager told us to use kiosk she wouldn't help us. Allcustomers had to go to another taco bell for better service. If you are not going to help customers you should lock the doors. Read more
