Unbelievable people here literally had my fiancé waiting about 25 mins for her order and then again order wasn?t complete they... forgot her other drink while 3 other ppl got there?s when She order before them and then have the audacity to laugh and talklike we?re the one bad ones here she waited patient enough it seems that she should stood quiet and wait allday for a drink lack of customer service here will never come back here again ! Clearly a working health care worker and a customer waiting on an order. I can read plain English that the lobby is closed but I... Desperately needed to use the restroom before my 1 hour and 15 min drive home. They?d rather see me wet myself on the job tryingto make it just across the way to the Shell, which I started to, than just help someone out. If I?d known that?s how it was Iwouldn?t have ordered my drink at all. Glad I don?t come to this area often as I won?t be stopping at this Starbucks again. Read more
Usually this is my favorite Starbucks to come to but today it seemed like the people were in a really bad mood. I asked for a... Venti and the barista gave me a grande when I told her about the mistake she yanked the drink from my hand and dumped it on thesink with an attitude. When I took a sip from the drink it was so watered down it was gross. I went back to tell them and theytotally ignored me. I am one of the nicest people and try to treat everyone with respect but honestly if you don't like your jobfind a new one and don't take it out on the customers. Read more
I came to this Starbucks today. Two of my drinks were very well. They were perfectly flavored and they looked delicious. But as... you can see from my photo one of my drinks was very watered down. The flavor was very bland and was not worth what I payed for. Read more

I hated this Starbucks! Never had more than one Barista who?d take 10mins per person, always poured my tea or refreshers... directly in the cup without shaking it and the staff was always rude or out of product. I?m giving 5 stars because I?ve beenback here twice in 3yrs and am very satisfied with the change. Rae rung us up, asked about our day while making our drinks andshe did it with so much ease it?s a shame they can?t receive tips. I was extremely impressed. See ya next week, Happy New Year! Employees are nice but it's to crowded at times so you have to wait longer for your order it takes awhile, wouldn't go there... again there's other Starbucks around to get faster service Read more
