Always a good experience here. From Kris taking the orders, she is very respectful and nice with every encounter we have. And... the young lady (I don?t know her name) she wears glasses, she has brown hair, she has made my drink twice now right when I?mordering. Always a pleasant experience here. Made the mistakes (a couple times) of going to a different location and have always been... disappointed. This location is the only location where I have 98% of my drinks made correctly and always greeted with a smile..and if my order is wrong for some strange reason, they quickly fix the issue. This Starbucks location on Bear Valley Rd and Hesperia Rd is the bees knees! Efficient, great memory of my drinks (and I?m weird... ????) and super friendly and hip! Is it just me or is everyone in that store good looking?! Wonderful people inside and out.This crew deserve everything the company has to offer and then some. This particular location is probably the slowest one of them all-- each time I've visited, which is maybe shy of ten visits, the... line moves very, very slowly. I have no complaints about the quality of my orders but I believe that something can be done inregards to improving the time it takes to reach the intercom to place your order and receive it. I really would reccomend goingthe extra length to choose another location for coffee if you're in this area. Read more
