Saturday morning at Starbucks is not for the faint if heart. I placed my mobil order and was almost overwhelmed by the large... number of people in line. During my extended wait I have to say the team behind the counter worked harmoniously with oneanother. They did not let the pressure of the crowd distract them from their work. Just like every Starbucks this also has the same excellent service, always nice when you walk in and get greeted by the staff... that works there, our drinks were to the point they were right and delicious as well as the pastries we ate for lunch. One ofthe things we notice is it's a really busy place yet is somewhere that when we're back into Victorville would probably be backbecause of the service and they consistent joyful environment that is within the store. Looks like also they have their localclients that come in and out and they know them by their name and they always call them about their name as well as the winewasn't that long. From start to finish it took us about probably 6 minutes when we got our order and again everything was onpoint. There is handicap access, but lots of parking spaces, you're able to dine in now, old stuff is really nice and kindalways and I really enjoy being here. It made me feel like the Starbucks pack at home.. you can order in the app you can orderto take out you can order it via the drive-thru and a super quick too just to point that out. Read more
Very disappointed with the service I received through the drive threw so far the last 3 times going to this location they get... our order wrong I just ordered a Carmel moka Frappuccino and they just gave me a moka Frappuccino with Carmel syrup in itinstead of the drizzle that it should have based on my order and the person at the window told me well next time you need to askfor it it's what it is supposed to have per my drink choice I am going to have a hard time coming back to this location Read more
Needed decaf ground coffee, this store will only sell fresh ground coffee in full bags. This was very disappointing. previously... from a Starbucks less than a half a mile away I was able to purchase decaffeinated coffee in 1/3 of a pound. Additionally thestore does not cell K-Cups. Very little was done to help with finding a solution to my issue. I did order a decaf Americana andreceived it timley. Read more
The lady could barely hear me through the speaker and still got half of my order right. Once she realized she made a mistake she... politely gave the other coffee to us PLUS the right order! She was so sweet 5 stars! Read more
This is a fairly new Starbucks so the crowds have not started yet. It's super clean and the worker's are very friendly. ... Definitely a big plus when your coffee ? is made just the way you like it!! Drive thru was quick and if you order inside it'seven quicker! Way to go STARBUCKS... Read more
