We stopped here for a quick break just to have a coffee and use the toilet. Unfortunately, we found a slow and inattentive... customer service and the toilet was even out of service. Very negative experience overall. Read more

come to this one all the time because it?s on my drive down to work. used to love the people here because everyone was so cool!... the people taking the orders were nice and the service at the window was amazing! yesterday i came by and ordered an iced ventimatcha green tea and a quarter of the cup was literally foam. i asked if i could get more drink and the employee was standoffishand after telling her i just wanted to return the drink and get a refund someone else came to the window without saying a wordand handed me my drink. i didn?t get the refund i requested and i didn?t even want the drink anymore. i was already having anemotional day so after leaving i cried LOL! today i came back, with already anxiety, ordered my trent?s green tea lemonade andit happened to be the same person and when i got to the window i said ?apple pay? and i?m not sure if they recognized me butthey asked ?does your drink look okay?. i?m sorry but to put people through that kind of anxiety a second time around. all irequested was more drink because it?s already 6 dollars! why pay so much and get 3/4ths of a drink, but to comment on it again?? i won?t be coming back to this location. store number and drink for reference. My drink wasn't the best, I didn't ask to change it becuse all staff were busy. I repeat my order to the cashier twice, I had... my mask on but she didn't. Busy location, and plenty of parking. Some of the staff were working ???? Monday morning @ 6am on04.04.22 didn't were a mask behind the counter or walking through the lobby ???? COVID-19 on the rise. Read more
Service with a smile, I always appreciate that. Had a bit of a wait in the drive-thru but that's expected from Starbucks. This... location seem to not be short on ingredients which has become a usual issue. Drinks looked and tasted good as well. Read more
Everyone was patient & helpful. We had 2 impossible sausage sandwiches & 1 regular sausage sandwich. The sandwiches were hot,... fresh & tasty. We ordered 1 white chocolate mocha, 1 toasted white mocha & a chestnut praline latte. We also ordered a varietyof muffins, loads & the stuffed mushrooms. Everything was delicious! The store was clean & welcoming. The restrooms were clean& and smelled fresh. We will be sure to stop on our trip back home! Read more
