Our food was tasty. Exactly as you would expect from Popeyes. However, we ordered the chicken tenders and told it would be about... 10 minutes did we want to order them and wait or choose something else. We told them we'd order and wait. We got to the window,paid, got our drinks, and then we're asked to pull around to the front and they would bring everything out, could still be about10 minutes. We said ok, pulled around and waited. After 25 minutes I finally went inside and asked about our food. Turns outthey forgot we were waiting, so the food that was supposed to be coming out to us was already just sitting in the warming areas.They quickly boxed it and threw in a couple extra chicken tenders for our wait... I suppose they tried to make it better bytossing in extras, but they didn't even apologize or act like they cared. I recommend just ordering something else if they tellyou what you want will be a long wait. Read more

I’m very disappointed in the lack of care I feel the lady displayed, Basically this location did have nothing i went to the... drive thru i ask for a family pack and she said they didn't have no breast it will be 20min wait, i said ok i’ll wait andthen. I order coleslaw and she said we don’t have with her attitude i was like then what you guys have ??????? I was full before I pulled off- the customer service was bomb. They were stressed for help inside, with a drive thru line... wrapped around. The customer service was so good. They were short staffed-No one made us feel like it was our fault I'mtelling you- they were so good. The young man that was manning the station- I didn't get his name- he told me he grew up in LA-it was around 930 PM Friday, Sept 18th - find him and commend these man please. Read more
When I got up to the drive through speaker, I was not greeted, told about new product, or asked if I have any questions. It took... them 20 minutes just to take my order. Then it took me another 10 minutes to get my food! I ordered my sandwich with no picklesand found a huge pickle! Read more
