We come here often because me husband like the chicken strips. Last time they gave us spicy when we did not ask for it and this... time we ordered 1 regular piece chicken strip combo with onion rings instead of fries. When we got home and took the boxes outof the bag, we got 2 boxes of onion rings.....thank God I ordered 2 tacos also. My husband is disabled and this is one thing helooks forward to and the last 2 times Jack in the Box has failed. Read more
Love there breakfast burritos and they serve them all day, both like other places that advertise they do and then don't. I've... have their other items also, and everything is great, real onion rings not just bread with onion flavor. Every item I've hadtheir has been awesome never any complaints. Read more

I have alot of trouble communicating with others. I guess that doesn't mix well with irritable workers. They kept switching... between workers to take my order and some misinformed guy told me to get out of his drive through and that he wasn't going totake my order. Read more
Stopped here to grab a bite yesterday, travelling back an forth for funeral arrangements... The cashier was so bubbly and kind,... which brought out some of my bubbliness... She didn't know anything i was going thru but we did small stupid banter about food,she was patient with me, not being hungry but needing to eat made me indecisive. I decided to go with a breakfast jack anhashbrown... Then again ordered 2 Churros which she joked about wanting to try. I'm glad her personality brought a smile to me.She communicated well and restrooms were clean. Food taste as good as it did in HS in the 2000's. Read more
Very disappointed in my visit today. So I go order my food and tell them about my spicy chicken sandwich that was supposed to be... replaced from another visit the manager Star refused to give me it. After parking me for my big order the lady stopped mebecause they forgot half my order. So now my food is getting cold while I wait I get the other bag to leave and my fries aremissing once I get home. I call the store and Star has no concern and just offers my fries at another time? Really just my friesas high as gas is and I gave you guys two chances to get my order right! We?re in an inflation get the job right the first! Better then most other fast food places. the drive through can get pretty long at times when the busy but they get the orders... out fast but still hoT. It also can get pretty messy at times when its busy but food is good and staff is usually prettyfriendly. Read more
This is one of the better Jack's I've been to. Their grilled chicken salad was delicious. Nothing skimpy.
