Do not go to this Jack in the Box it's the worst service ever. went there on my lunch break Around 4 PM. Cars literally putting... in park to wait for the next vehicle to move sat in the drive through more than 18 minutes. after getting in front of theintercom no one say anything and you can hear everyone inside talking after 5 minutes they finally asked if they can help me bythen I had to return back to work without food and waste in my gas And went hungry. Service was EXTREMELY slow. Wokers dont give a eff. Was told I can't have sauce with my chk tyk bowl or egg rolls? What is wrong... with this location? I paid for my food and waited a VERY long time, only to be hassled bc I need the sauce that should come withmy order? Plz contact me manager. Read more

They were short handed and busy wich makes the 20 minute wait time acceptable. However the burger that was Mayonaise only ended... up being no Mayonaise. The burger that was ketchup only had everything on it. And in addition the food tasted horrible. Nomatter how busy you are that was not acceptable. Read more

The employees at this Jack get?s our orders correctly. The only thing is the drive-thur at night is a nightmare some times... there?s a line that is outrageously long an takes time pushing out orders quickly. It was like 102 outside, I asked for the largest water they could give me, and they gave me a lg cup of ice water w/I charging... me. Most places will charge you for a regular lg drink but not this place. I thought that was really awesome. Read more
For whatever reason. They always take an extremely long time at the drive thru. Even though I'm usually always the only car... there. Cashier always tells me to hold on then proceeds to come back literally 10 minutes later (I timed it). Don't go here ifyou value your time. Read more
