I shouldn't know something was up there's always a long line at this particular 5 guys. We ordered our food Went to the soda... machines they are out of Mellow yellow and Dr Pepper, They stated that they would change out boxes on the rack which neverhappened so we substitute for iced tea After a short time they called out are number we picked up our food Anticipating toenjoy our meal only to fined out Our burgers were not prepared the way we asked for them. Missing items, A long story shortwe're not prepared the way we ask for them And one other thing are fries where under cooks. The credit card system went down, declined all four of my credit cards. I told the girl it was their system. She did not believe... me until I stepped aside and let the next customer get declined also. After several hungry minutes they made a call and fixedit. I was finally able to pay and eat. Read more

Very clean restaurant, fresh and fast food, excellent customer service, the only reason I gave this 4 stars is because the... cashier who took my order was not too much antuciastic when he greeted me, he just said Hello, not even smiling and did the samething to other customers who ordered before and after me.
