This was first time eating at Firehouse. I had a medium Italian sub and I have to say hands down one of the best subs I've had... in a while. One word to describe this sub "Delicious". Ordered several sandwiches, you can't see them making them so u really don't know if they are doing it right, sandwiches were... not done right, asked for no mayo, there was mayo, no mustard, I think they scrapped it off, it had the taste of mustard, nolettuce there was lettuce...All bad!! My wife and I visited Hesperia Firehouse Subs for the first time Monday, early afternoon for lunch. Staff worker was friendly... and courteous. Italian Sub sandwich was delicious!! Outstanding service! Read more

Very unhappy with the sandwich I ordered! As I was eating it, I noticed when I was halfway through half of it, that I could not... taste any mushroom (The picture on the website shows it loaded with mushrooms). When I opened the sandwich up, I noticed howsuper stingy they were with the mushrooms (maybe about 5)!! Not only that, I noticed that there was no cheese!! I included apicture from their website menu, which tells you the ingredients and a picture of the sandwhich, as well as a picture of whatthey gave me (after I hate half of half the sandwhich). Oh, and they did not give me a pickle, which is listed on what comeswith the sandwhich, cause they said they ran out. Other professional businesses will compensate you when this happens, but theydid not, and I should not have to bring it to their attention. I would have given them zero stars, but google maps makes you putat least one. Read more
