The flavors are there, is really good, but customer service and prices are unpredictable. Their app is not working at the time I... tried to make the order and I call the store but got automatically transferred to call center and their system don't work sothey transfer me to the store BUT they don't honor online nor app specials even tho both their systems not working and theywon't make exceptions. They ask you to pay $2-3 dollars more for in-store prices...nahhh lol Do better Domino's, lagging it. Read more
Update: called back the next day and spoke to Jessica a manager. She was super helpful gave us 2 free pizza and a soda. Thank... you Jessica for great customer service. Worst customer service! After placing my order 1hr 1/2 later we called to check on ourorder. Supervisor was absolutely rude! I ordered 2 pizza based on the delivery policy if it?s not here in 30mnts pizza should befree. Best Domino's up here. The pizza is delicious ????, I would recommend order before 8pm since it can take longer the later you... order,but I don't mind. I make sure tip the delivery driver eveytime ,definitely with how high gas is now. For everyone useingthe 30min or less bs we aren't in 80's hunny that not how it goes anymore. Do you want your food or the driver to get into a caraccident? Be patient they are doing there best and you will get your food eventually. Read more
Can?t believe I paid $45 for my pizza to be delivered and then wait 1 hour to see what?s the status on my delivery. And nothing... shows up. So then I call to see what?s going on the lady answered told me it?s a 3 hour wait for delivery. Then I asked her wellcan I just carry out, she tell me oh I have to cancel then re charge you for carry out??? Huh? Doesn?t make since.. dominos hiremore people and please stop taking our money and wasting our time to wait 3 hrs!!! I've been getting pizza from here for years. Due to their covid measures you're not allowed to walk in the door. Which is fine,... but I walked up to the door because i expect that is what you're supposed to do, i wasnt acknowledged so I figured I was in thewrong. Went back to my car and my wife called. We sat on hold for 15 minutes, through 3 different employees before they told usthat yes, we come up to the door and give our name. Which is what I thought in the first place but was ignored when I did it. We were at the place for 25 minutes trying to pick up our order that they said was finished before we even left our house. Well weget home and our pizza is cold, our breadsticks are cold and have atleast 56 gallons of butter on them, I've never seen evenhalf of that when we ordered before, oh, and my chicken wings?? I dont even know what the HELL they gave us, but it's notchicken.. I'm beyond irritated, and atleast during covid 19 I wont be going back. Every employee was rude too.. Read more
Today I ordered a pizza from my local Dominos, and it worked out great! I received a 50% off coupon via email, and logged into... the Dominos site and built my order for take-out. I checked the order tracker after a few minutes and it said my order was inthe oven, I hopped in my car and drove over and it was ready. The pizza was great and 1/2 off. A great deal. Read more
Placed through the app, very easy to use. My order was done super fast BUT not sure why pizza spots are not paying attention to... their food/orders. Half my pizza was lacking an important ingredient... CHEESE! Had lots of dry baked sauce areas. Lately thepizza are coming out really dry and when I get home I have to break out the pizza cutter because of the half cut slices thatstart treating mid way. The parm bread bites were good but dry as well, needed some more butter at least. Please do better orelse I'll take my business elsewhere. Read more
