First thing I noticed it had an odd smell to the place, they had a lot of flies around and the place looked dirty. I tried... the taco de Carne asada and the meat looked like it was just a mixed of leftover meat they had. A lot of fatty chunks and someof the meat was so tough and dry like beef jerky, had no flavor and the meet was cold and tortilla warm. My husband ordered thesteak fajitas and the lady brought the rice and beans first then after like 5 minutes she brought the fajitas which mistof it was bell peppers and huge chunks of onion. Delicious, huge portions priced right!! Family of 7 all ate & drank for $125 out the door, we had 2 to-go containers packed with... leftovers for tomorrow :) The child meals are only about $5 & they're huge!! We can't wait to go back. Read more
It was okay not the best Jimenez I've went too . Presentation was nice but my Chile relleno was burnt and so was the chorizo in... my molcajete and I asked to substitute all my sides for veggies and they charged me $6.00 for the small plate u see in picture flavor was just okay Read more

Casa Jimenez restaurant on Main Street in between 7 and 11th Street I don't have the address nice little mom-and-pop restaurant... there's a small parking lot with some handicap parking no handicap doors they have plenty of seating they do have a publicI've been to the one in La Puente but this one is the same family related Casa Jimenez good authentic Mexican food my son had awet burrito I had 3 taco plate .
