Carls Jr. as a franchise normally has good service, not this location. Ordered three simple meals, burgers and fries. Get home... to find out one of the burgers had a single strand of hair wrapped around it. When the manager was contacted she said sheapologizes for that and would have it corrected. By the time we get back there everyone is confused saying they don't knowanything about the order and we can just call the customer service number. Calling the health department instead. Employees areworking over food with no hair nets and talking over food that they are preparing. Guess you can chaulk it up to covid for theidgaf attitude at these places. Read more
So I came to Carl's Jr to see something I was going to buy some food but the lady wouldn't let me use the restroom until I... bought the food really I have to wait until pee to buy something and then I had to buy a freaking cookie that's so freakingsmall it's not even worth it. Read more
This location is usually super good but after a very rude service from Raul P at the drive thru I can?t say I recommend this... spot. At least when he?s working the window. He needs serious re training and an attitude adjustment. If I wasn?t in a companycar at the time I?d let him have a piece of my mind but I have to be the adult. If you?re reading this Raul which I know youaren?t, you need a firm attitude adjustment. You?re too comfortable talking down to people from the safety of that window.Hopefully you get yours soon. Tremendous service, and very friendly on counter service at 8:45 pm Saturday night. GREAT job guy's. Food was fresh, and... smelled incredible. My FAVORITE Carl's Jr. in ALL OF VICTOR VALLEY, and the inside was SPOTLESS! Not a speck of trashANYWHERE. TWO thumbs up! Read more

Terrible customer service as soon as I walked in the door. I witnessed a customer yelling at the staff bc they made a mistake... with his family order and guess what....it no other customers inside except me. They are lazy and too comfortable. They need amanger that demands more out of them. The place look clean but it?s just bc they don?t have many customers coming in. I askedfor hot fries and they couldn?t even get that right. Fresh Food, and if ordered is mistaken they are always polite and don?t even roll your eyes or give a argument about it like... other restaurants do! They have good and bad employee?s , stay away when ?Ginger? and ?Mireya? are around , they are by farthestthe rudest up sucked leaders there!
