Their prices are higher than every other McDonald's and they don't follow/honor many national promotions.

I must review this McDonald's..it was the worst and I'm not being mean..they need people in there that actually wanna work and... care Bout the food they serve..this was the second time going there coming thru to hertford..figured maybe the first experience was a fluke..NOT! on arriving at the drive thru window no one was inside..they were gathered outside smoking cigarettes andgathered at the managers car as she sat in the driver's seat..Noone that worked that evening cared about nothing..we ordered 2large mcrib combos and a happy meal..( WHICH WE ALL KNOW FAST FOODS NOT CHEAP ANYMORE )..left the winow..stop in lot to eat..themcribs were still refrigerator cold..the fries were raw..li k e they dipped em and pulled em up to hurry and get rid of us..thenwhen we pull back around we inconvenienced them lol..I Sk to speak to the manager..whi h they motioned for her to come in fromher car..the worst EVER! they truly need to start ALL OVER AT THIS MCDONALDS..as we sat there waiting looking inside therestaurant it was dirty..trash on tables floors..NEVER WILL WE EVER GO HERE AGAIN! seriously a health risk..with all the smokingand in and out..GROSS Read more

I ask for 2 happy meals. One 6 piece chicken nuggets and a cheeseburger one. I got 2 nuggets ones. I had a child who was happy.

My big mack had hamburger patties an inch smaller than the bun. $8 for a sandwich with nothing muck and lettuce. Never eat there... again. Rip off. Didn't eat it. Garbage. Read more

My husband and I have been driving on a 12 hour trip to finally get to stop and get a coffee. Oh good a McDonalds!!! 2nd worst McDonald's I've been too. Only one worst is in South Central Los Angeles. Service poor. Menu poor. Food poor. A place... where half the menu isn't available or modified like no peanuts on a sundae. Bathroom poor. Read more

Stayed at the window to get food for a long time for just a sausage biscuit. Drinks were sitting inside of window, they forgot... our order, we had to repeat it twice then she wanted to see our receipt. Food had been sitting on counter the whole time. Wontgo back to that location. ???? Read more
