I guess it's official I'm a glutton for punishment. Placed an online order, in an effort to increase the possibility of... receiving my order correctly. Not only was the food I ordered incorrect, the sauces I had chosen were mere suggestion, insteadof an actual choice. Also optional items would include: napkins, straws, the correct flavor of beverage... Update: Decided togive the place a try again. Not only was my order completed incorrectly, but the drive through line wrapped all the way aroundthe building so I was unable to actually exit the line after receiving my order. What a nightmare. Maybe tonight was a fluke...I was in the drive through line for over an HOUR! I FINALLY make to the window and the lady was like... "What was your orderagain?" I can not believe it! She didn't even send my order to the kitchen when I ordered it at the speaker. "I'm really sorrybut I forgot to put your order in...?... Um could you pull up and we'll get it to you ASAP!" At this point I'm hopeful, shereally sounded sorry for the mistake. So I pull forward. Another 25 minutes go by and the only thing I can think of is thequote, "Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me." Was the food hot or fresh or well prepared? NO! Please drive bythis Hardee's and go anywhere else. It would have been faster to go to the grocery store buy the ingredients and hire someone tocook it for you. Read more
Do not eat here.. got the double special burger combo added onion rings $13. To go. Fries were old and over cooked and I ended... up having Diarrhea and stomach cramps couple hours later. After looking back the food did have a weird taste and smell. DO NOTEAT HARDEE?S IN HERDFORD.NC Read more
Went at 9:05 on Sunday. Google said open till 10. This own page says open till 10 and drive thru till 8. They said on the drive... thru speaker they close at 9 on Sundays doesn't match any of the times that this page says was checked by phone 2 weeks ago. Read more
