Workers are blatantly racist. I asked for a drink carrier as my doordash order has two drinks and one gentleman looked me in the... face and ignored me. The second worker came out and I asked him for one. While he gave me the carrier, there were no words fromhim when I told him that his coworker ignored me. I even thanked him for stopping what he was doing to give me a drink carrierand he said nothing to me. This is the 4th time I've attempted to give them chances about their food quality. Usually, it's everytime I order something... with "smashed avocado" there is nothing at all resembling avocado in the wrap. This very last time I'll ever eat here, myquesadilla had barely any melted cheese, it was all cold, which BTW looked like Kraft fake cheese sprinkles, and literallybarely any food in the quesadilla at all. The photo reflects what both ends of the quesadilla looked like. The Harrisburglocation used to be one of my favorites. I was so excited to finally have a closer Hershey location but they are absolutely notworth it. Read more
This location is awful. We have always had issues with speed of service, but today was something else. There were 4 people in... front of us and 10 people behind us. It took 5 mins for any one to come out and help the girl on register. They then did thesmoothies completely out of order. So we waited 30 minutes for our smoothies. When we questioned the employees, they simply said?we?re busy?. This is not good customer service especially since she was improperly wearing her mask and was chewing gum withmaking the food and drinks. Read more
Smoothie was great. But the place felt dirty and the bathroom had an overflowing trash bin, dried itinerant all over the toilet,... nothing had been cleaned anytime recently. And this was a Monday morning? when everything should be fresh and clean! Read more
The service was not ideal. A bit of miscommunication while placing our order. I stood up to check on our order and the person... making what turned out to be our order dropped it on the floor and proceeded to bag it to give it me until I said no andrequested tht he re-do our order...he was not pleased????. Love the three cheese quesadilla and the dipping sauce as well. The edible lime straws are amazing as well and don't get soggy.... One of my favorite places to go for sure. Read more
I don?t waste my time on a bad review unless its really a problem and a pattern. The manager or whoever the guy is at this... location has to go. He always has an attitude and gives attitude/dirty looks to customers. Every time I order from this locationtheres always something bad going on. Either they take twice as long, the food is dry, you have to deal with grumpy workers,employees chit chatting etc. They always go to the back for like 10 minutes and go back to taking their sweet time with theorders. Today I ordered a $8 smoothie online. I got there and the place was full of people with NO food. When I look to seewhats going on, exactly what I explained above. I didn?t have time to wait 30 minutes for a smoothie that already took 20minutes so I left. I tried to get my money back or a coupon but the employees were clueless and it would?ve taken longer than itshould have. I do not recommend this location if they keep these employees, because its been a couple of months of the samescenario. I basically went there to give them a free $8. Read more
