Best Italian food my family has ever eaten and we come from an Italian neighborhood in New York. If you want to get away from... the expensive restuarants and avoid fast food near Hershey Park, then eat here. Staff was very friendly and knew the menu anddaily specials. Staff kept comming over to see if we needed anything every few minutes and if everything was ok. Portions arehuge for the entrees and great prices. We had to take 3 of the meals to go as we could not finish. The sauce used in the musselswas out of this world. Went through 2 break baskets with it.Went the following night for the pizza and sandwiches and it wasdelicious.Never had pizza that tasted that good. Meals we had were eggplant parm, lasagna, tortorlinnis with asparagus and crabmeat and gnocchies.Never tasted gnocchies as good as these.The meatball parm sandwich was tasty and it came with a side of friesor potato chips. What a cute,cozy,intimate restaurant. However I cannot say that 3 out of 6 of our party enjoyed our food. We had the limited... lunch menu,but prices for lunch were a little high.Chicken Alfredo was dry..needed more sauce and chicken tough. I had a ChickenCheesesteak and there was more roll than chicken,also tough. Their "make your own" pasta gave you several choices of pasta anddifferent sauces. You can add meat sauce or meatballs for an extra charge. Sauce was dry and meatballs small for what they cost.2 of our party liked the lasagna. For dessert,they show you a tray of desserts...we had chocolate cake with peanut buttericing.. barely any peanut butter taste. Nice touch serving bottled water but I would have preferred better food. Recommended by our son who visits Hershey often. My "adult" grilled cheese was overflowing with delicious gooey cheese, hubby's... Italian sub got high marks, as well. But the piece de resistance was the corn chowder. Rich and creamy, chock full of chicken,yummy. We even got a takeout order and popped it in our cooler to take back to DE. Service was a friendly but a bit slow (shortstaffed as most everywhere right now). Would definitely return! Read more
Amazingly Wonder Italian Food. Smells so good when you walk in the Restaurant and the portion sizes are Definitely worth the... money.
